How to Use

To Cook: Begin by placing the stone in a cold oven to prevent cracking, then preheat to 500°F for at least 45 minutes. When ready, transfer your Stone from the oven to the bamboo platter. BE CAREFUL! It will be very hot and quite heavy. Once transferred, it can be used to cook food efficiently for about 20-30 minutes.

To Freeze: Begin by placing the stone in the freezer. For best results, freeze the stone for at least 4 hours. Carefully return the stone to the platter.

Clean Up

Once you’ve finished using the cooking stone, allow it to cool to room temperature to prevent damage. The stone and copper cups are not dishwasher-safe and should be handwashed. Bamboo is delicate, so the bamboo platter only needs to be wiped down.
